These privacy terms sets out how valtexglobal ("we") amasses, processes and safeguards your personal data across our site and platform. Our role is the data controller for that information.

Purpose of use. Managing your account, settling positions, satisfying regulators, fraud prevention, and platform security, plus optional product updates with one-click opt-out.
Who sees data. Sharing is limited to running vendors (custody, payments, KYC), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymised analytics. We never sell personal data.
Retention and security. We retain data through account lifetime and statutory windows (typically five-seven years for trades). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access controls.
